Jason Chan is the Director of Fund Solutions at Vistra, where he leads client engagement across Asia for real estate and infrastructure-focused investors. Based in Singapore, he works closely with institutional investors, fund managers, developers, and family offices to support their fund structuring and operational requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
With over a decade of experience in the real assets space, Jason brings deep expertise across both public and private markets. Prior to Vistra, he held senior roles at MSCI and Real Capital Analytics (RCA), where he partnered with asset owners and investment managers to deliver data-driven insights on portfolio composition, market trends, and capital flows. He also served as the Investor Relations lead at CDL Hospitality Trust, an SGX-listed hospitality REIT.
Jason holds an Honours degree in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore and is a CFA charter holder.
