Mr. Hideshima has a proven track record in raising funds, acquiring prime properties, and managing
diverse real estate assets. His unwavering commitment to excellence and a remarkable ability to
navigate complex investment landscapes have to numerous achievements throughout his career. With
his capabilities and strong track record, he has been appointed as Director and Chief Investment
Officer at Kenedix Asia.
Prior to his current role, he served as the Head of the Investment Planning Office at Kenedix
Investment Partners, Inc., an asset management arm in the Kenedix Group for private equity real
estate investors. In this capacity, he was responsible for fundraising, acquisition, development, and
financing activities across multiple property types.
Before he emerged as an investment officer, he was seconded to Kennedy Wilson, a US asset
management company, where he worked as an investment analyst there for one and a half years.
He holds a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Law from Waseda
University.
