Most events will be conducted in English. The APREA Private REIT Forum on 14 October will be the only event conducted in Japanese.

Yes. The Private REIT Forum will be conducted in Japanese with AI-powered simultaneous interpretation into English and other languages.

The Global REIT Roundtable will be conducted in English with AI interpretation into Japanese and other languages, while the main Conference on 15 October will offer human simultaneous interpretation into Japanese and AI interpretation into other languages.

Business attire is recommended for the main Conference and other business sessions.

Comfortable smart casual attire and suitable footwear are recommended for the Study Tour.

Cancellations must be made in writing to events@aprea.asia at least two weeks before the event. Refunds are issued at APREA’s discretion, subject to a 20% processing fee. Cancellations made after the deadline are non-refundable, but the fee can be credited toward a future APREA event.

Yes. Delegate registrations can be transferred to another eligible member of the same organisation, provided APREA is notified in writing to events@aprea.asia at least one week before the event.

The Conference Delegate Pass includes the Global REIT Roundtable and Welcome Reception on 14 October, as well as the main Conference on 15 October, including breakfast, buffet lunch, afternoon refreshments and networking cocktails.

The Gala Dinner, Study Tour, Private REIT Forum, and REIT Masterclass are separately ticketed.

No. The Gala Dinner is an add-on to the standard Conference Delegate Pass. Delegates may also purchase the APREA Premium Package, which combines the Conference Delegate Pass and Gala Dinner.

Yes. The APREA Leaders’ Congress is CPD-certified, with the overall program offering professional development credits. The main conference program offers 7 CPD hours, while the Global REIT Roundtable and REIT Masterclass each carry 2.5 CPD hours. Kindly note that the delegate must be physically present in the event to earn the CPD hours.

No. Delegates are responsible for arranging and paying for their own accommodations.

No. Certain events on 14 October, including the Investor Briefing: LP Session and Leaders’ Luncheon, are by invitation only. Other events, including the Private REIT Forum, Gala Dinner, REIT Masterclass, and Study Tour, have separate registration arrangements.

Visa requirements depend on your nationality. Delegates are advised to check the latest entry requirements with Japan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and complete any necessary travel documentation well in advance.

October generally offers mild autumn weather in Tokyo, with temperatures typically ranging from approximately 15°C to 23°C. Delegates are advised to bring light layers and a jacket.
