Andrew Lee, Director, is a member of the APAC Real Estate team and responsible for investments across Singapore and South Korea. Andrew’s service with BlackRock dates back to 2015. Before joining BlackRock, Andrew was with Credit Suisse in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group covering the Southeast Asia real estate sector and has advised on the full range of investment banking products including public and private equity, high yield and investment grade debt, structured finance and mergers and acquisitions. Before that, he spent 4 years in ING Bank N.V. and other real estate investment firms. Andrew holds a Msc Finance and Economics from Warwick Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of Western Australia.
