Atsuhiko Murata has been President & CEO of Kenedix Real Estate Fund Management, Inc. since March 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He joined Kenedix, Inc. in October 2014. After serving as General Manager of Investment Department II of the Strategic Investment Division and later as an Executive Officer, he was appointed Director and Head of the Investment Department of Kenedix Real Estate Fund Management, Inc. in November 2021. In this capacity, he oversaw acquisition and disposition activities for KDX Realty Investment Corporation (formed through the merger of Kenedix Office Investment Corporation, Kenedix Residential Next Investment Corporation, and Kenedix Retail REIT Corporation in November 2023) as well as Kenedix Private Investment Corporation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Prior to joining Kenedix, he joined GE Real Estate Corporation, Japan<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In October 2005, where he was responsible for both acquisition and disposition activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He began his career with Mitsubishi Trust and Banking Corporation (currently Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation) in April 1993.
