Benjamin is an Executive Director and Head of Private Assets Research for Asia. Based in Singapore, he leads the firm’s research on Asia’s commercial real estate markets, with a focus on capital flows and pricing metrics. Benjamin is the author of the Asia Pacific Capital Trends publication and is also responsible for the research and development of global commercial real estate transaction pricing indices.
Prior to MSCI, Benjamin worked at Real Capital Analytics and the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Singapore, with research experience across both the commercial and residential sectors. Benjamin holds a BSc in economics from University College London and a Master’s in quantitative methods in the social sciences from Columbia University.
