Brian Hung is Managing Director and Head of Real Estate Asia Pacific at APG Asset Management, where he leads the firm’s regional real estate investment strategy and portfolio. With over 18 years of industry experience, Brian is responsible for evaluating and executing new investments, managing existing assets, and overseeing APG’s diversified real estate holdings across Asia Pacific, including blogistics, retail, office, residential, student accommodation, retirement living, and real estate debt.Brian is a member of APG’s Global Real Estate Investment Committee, Global Real Estate Executive Committee as well as being a member of the APG Asset Management Committee for Investment Proposals.
Prior to joining APG, Brian worked in investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, first in the Global Leverage Finance team in New York and later in the Asia Real Estate and Gaming team in Hong Kong.
He holds a BBA in Finance and Accounting from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
