Sharad Gohil is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Panattoni India, appointed in July 2026 to lead the company’s next phase of growth across India’s industrial, logistics and digital infrastructure sectors, including data centres. He is responsible for driving Panattoni India’s strategic growth and expansion in the country, while overseeing all business operations. His appointment comes as Panattoni accelerates its expansion strategy in India, targeting opportunities across logistics, manufacturing, e-commerce, data centres, and related infrastructure sectors

Sharad is an accomplished real estate executive with over 26years of experience in building, scaling and managing institutional platforms across the industrial, logistics, office, residential, retail and hospitality sectors in the UK, Europe and Asia Pacific. Prior to Panattoni, he spent over 10 years at IndoSpace, Indiaʼs largest Industrial & Logistics platform where he was based out of Singapore serving as CEO of IndoSpace Capital Asia. Sharad was responsible for the overall performance of a business comprising more than USD 3.2 billion of assets under management. During his tenure, he helped raise significant capital across development and core funds and drove fund performance across multiple strategies.

Earlier in his career, Sharad worked at Apollo Global Management in Mumbai and at Lapithus Management LLP, the asset management platform of Apollo Global Management, in London. He also held senior investment and asset management roles with Citigroup Property Investors and AXA Real Estate Investment Managers, working across India, Asia Pacific and Europe. Over the course of his career, he has completed over USD 4 billion of transactions across the industrial, logistics, office, residential, retail and hospitality sectors.

Sharad is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). He holds a BSc (Hons) Degree in Business Property Management from Sheffield Hallam University
