Amit Shetty is the Chief Executive Officer of Embassy REIT, India’s first publicly listed Real Estate Investment Trust. Under his leadership, the REIT oversees an expansive portfolio of over 52.5 million square feet of world-class office space across five key growth markets: Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune, NCR, and Chennai. The portfolio comprises 14 premium office ecosystems, including large integrated business parks, and is home to over 280+ leading companies.
Previously, Amit served as the Chief Operating Officer of Embassy REIT, where he successfully led key functions including leasing, capital projects, and operations management. Prior to joining Embassy, he held prominent leadership roles at CBRE and Honeywell.
